As Parents or Guardians, we understand that the Canberra Tamil School administration reserves the right to approve, postpone, or decline class‑transfer requests at any time during the year. These decisions are made by the current Executive Committee in the best interests of both the school and the child.
We also understand that if we request a class transfer for our child, new textbooks and exercise books must be purchased for the new class level. One complimentary set of books is included in the annual school fee; however, any additional books required due to a class transfer will incur a cost of $10 per book, payable once the transfer request is approved by the Campus Principal.
